Position Summary
The Performance Data Analyst is responsible for managing various information systems that measure organizational performance in Quality Assurance. The scope includes gathering data needs from decision-makers, working with the IT Department and Content Specialists to design the necessary processes, and assisting with the training and technical assistance. Tasks may include developing data gathering protocols, designing dashboards, preparing and presenting performance results, and monitoring data quality to ensure compliance regulations and progress towards agency goals.  Link to full job details*: English/ Spanish

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field with a focus on data collection, data analysis and/or analytical research. Plus, a minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in technology support services, and database management; of which two (2) years must be in a supervisory role. Experience in working in an early childhood education or similar industry preferred
