Position Summary
The E-Learning Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining OCDC’s online learning content, partnering with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective e-learning content production, and managing the Agency’s Learning Management System.  This includes coordinating, developing, and designing applications for e-Learning programs using Adult Learning methodologies and instructional design principles. Link to full job details*: EnglishSpanish

Education And Experience Requirements
A degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Educational Technology or multimedia production is a plus as well as strong industry knowledge of technology and developments in this field AND a minimum of five (5) years of instructional design experience AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with application development teams and projects.
